Expanded implementation of media literacy for aging program and a survey of media effects

 

The national Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed in March 2021 by the Research Institute for Languages and Cultures of Asia at Mahidol University, the Department of Older Persons, and the Thai Health Promotion Foundation was aimed to develop the “Wai Petch Media Literacy Curriculum” under the project “Training for the elderly power to create a media literacy society” with the Department of Older Persons in Phitsanulok, Yasothon, and Krabi. This training welcomed the Wat Petch Health Communicators representatives by Khru Koe from five pilot locations who passed the media literacy training course and had them as the speakers for the event.
